Hotel Eden - Naples

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Napoli Centrale. The walls are thin, making it noisy at night.

Modern and spotlessly clean hotel, loved it. They offered us new-fashioned and huge rooms with view on the main avenue, A/C. The food was amazing and there were lots of dishes in the menu. The favourable and magnificent location was minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi. The whole experience was enjoyable!

I have stayed at Hotel Eden couple of times and I love it and will recommed it, lovely staf and breakfast

I appreciated the friendly staff who promptly checked me in and maintained a nice luggage storage area.

The room was surprisingly big and fairly quiet with view on the main avenue and the hotel had quiet atmosphere. The location was marvellous, just next door to Stazione Napoli Centrale.

Perfect family-friendly place with best possible and magnificent location very close to the train station, bus stops and the Old Town as well as the restaurant. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk in the room.

Highly disruptive street noise!!! Shower design left much to be desired, and I encountered poor Wi-Fi connectivity!!!

hotel's staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is very new, nice terrace, good price considering how the hotel looks like, nice to have breakfast on the terrace. It is located 2 minutes walk form Naples's main station so very useful for public transport users.

break fats could be a bit better,it would be nice to have a proper expresso/cappuccino from a good coffee-machine, fresh bread and better fruit juice considering Naples's got tonnes of oranges... it is nice to have it on the terrace though the room was a bit could and damp.

The location was ok near the train station, but the neighborhood was dirty... Hotel room was ok, quite spacious, the bathroom was quite large actually, but the room was a lil bit damp and smelled cigarettes. Decent breakfast.

Wi-Fi was poor, but check-in with Ivano was super easy and friendly. Air conditioning worked great.

The Hotel Eden is close to the central train station in Naples, Italy, approximately 2 blocks away. It is a bout a twenty minute taxi ride to Naples airport. The hotel itself is a 3 star hotel, clean and modern, but not luxorious. It served our purpose as Naples was a one day stopover before flying home. The price was good and the staff helpful. My biggest fault is not with the hotel, but this section of Naples. Trash was everywhere in the streets, along the curbs, and sidewalks. The trains are bringing visitors to this section of Naples every hour. We were surprised that the city allows this much trash to accumulate in an area that receives so many tourists. It is really an eyesore. Unfortunately, it is also just outside the hotel.

easy to get tranport /food /shopping / 45 euro per night value for money this type of hotel if i want get in amsterdam atleast have to pay 100 euro

The location is ideal, just a short walk to major transportation hubs. Rooms are spacious and kept clean daily, though the noise from the street can be overwhelming at times, particularly late at night. While there are no meals offered on-site, I enjoyed delicious homemade muffins nearby, made for a good breakfast choice.

weird smell of cleaning agent... but goes away afer opening the windows.
